Public Trust Registration Act 1950. The registration number under Society Registration Act is MAH7591/Akola on dated 18/03/2000 and
B.P.T act registration number is F-6875 /Akola on dated 30/09/2000.
The society is registered under the income tax act 1961 under which the PAN No issued to the society by income tax authority. The PAN no of
the society is AABTJ1729Q. The Society is registered under (FCRA) Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 under section 6(1)(a) act
with registration no :084080004 on dated 03/03/2006.
For tax exemption benefits society registered under section 12AA(1)(b)(i) of the income tax act 1961 on 31/10/2013. And registered under
section 80G(5)(vi) of the income tax act 1961 on 11/09/2014.
Janta Bahu-Uddeshiya Sanstha established by Dr. Hakimuddin Shaikh for the integrated development of the poor and marginalized,
orphans, minorities, tribal people, urban poor, informal labor sector, and other backward classes. The society is a social welfare organization
working directly with the rural & urban areas, facilitating the utilization of their skills and knowledge to develop sustainable solutions to
poverty. It initiates efforts in various interconnected socio-economic fields such as education, health, medical facilities, social justice, etc. The
focus is in on convenience, reliability, continuity and flexible range of services for the poor people in our society.
